Job summary

Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, invoice resolution, and financial tracking from a 100% remote location in India. The role supports SAP or Coupa-based processes and requires strong Excel and stakeholder management skills.

The position is a full-time contract (40hrs/week) with a long-term outlook, working hours 7:30pm to 3:30am IST, Monday to Friday, and collaboration with Finance and Accounts Payable teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, vendor management, finance, or IT purchasing experience.
• Experience with PO creation and procurement processes.
• Understanding of accruals, CapEx, and OpEx.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
