Job summary

Conduent is seeking an Endpoint Platform Engineer to develop automated solutions across the Windows 11 environment. You will collaborate with internal technology groups to ensure solutions align with business and IT strategy while guiding stakeholders on digital opportunities.

The role covers Application Packaging, OS Deployment, and Automation, with focus on MECM/Intune, PSADT, and PowerShell. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
• Experience and understanding of MSI application packaging, required.
• Experience and understanding of Operating System Deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and deploying applications using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with AdminStudio and PowerShell.

Job Description:

As an Endpoint Platform Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in developing automated solutions across the Conduent Windows 11 environment. You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the companys overall objectives. You’ll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy. (this area can be changed to suit the role)

Application Packaging

• Package and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and/or Intune
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) and PowerShell
• Create, test, and troubleshoot application installations across various environments (user/system context, OS versions, dependencies)
• Ensure application packages meet enterprise standards for reliability, security, and user experience

Operating System Deployment (MECM/SCCM)

• Design and maintain Operating System Deployment (OSD) and bare-metal provisioning solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Build and manage task sequences, imaging strategies, and device provisioning workflows

Automation

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application packaging and deployment (YAML-based)
• Automate packaging workflows, validation, and release processes
• Continuously improve automation to reduce manual effort and increase deployment consistency

Problem Solving

• Break down ambiguous or multi-layered problems into clear, actionable components
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term, scalable fixes
• Communicate technical issues and solutions in a clear, structured manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience

Experience and understanding of MSI application packaging, required

Experience and understanding of Operating System Deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, required

Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and deploying applications using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Configuration Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience working with AdminStudio and PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:

Experience using PowerShell

Experience with Windows Installer Technology

Experience using Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Configuration Manager

Experience navigating Microsoft Azure Portal
