Cleantech Industry Resources accelerates United States solar, battery storage and EV projects by providing turnkey development as a service including 100% internal systems engineering. The company deploys a leading team that spun out of the largest solar power producer in the world. This team operates within a sophisticated suite of software to support projects from land origination, through to commercial operation.

The IT Operations professional will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, performance, and security of Cleantech Industry Resources' IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations that support business objectives. This role will manage IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, user support, and technology projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence through proactive problem‑solving, process improvement, and effective stakeholder collaboration. This position requires a hands‑on professional who can maintain business continuity, optimize IT resources, and support CIR's continued growth in the renewable energy industry.
