Qapita is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and scale IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Access Management, and Security Operations. The role blends hands-on technical work with operational ownership across IT, Security, Compliance, and business teams.

You will manage enterprise IT systems, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and audit readiness while ensuring a smooth employee technology experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Security Operations, or Enterprise IT.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or other technology-driven organizations preferred.
• Hands-on with Intune, CrowdStrike Falcon, Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF, CyberArk, Forcepoint DLP, Qualys VMDR, Wiz.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Endpoint & Device Management across Windows and macOS environments.
• Manage security tooling configurations and deployment of security agents.
• Administer Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF environments and access policies.
• Lead vulnerability management via Qualys VMDR and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and compliance teams during SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR efforts.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding IT operations, escalation support, and cross-team collaboration.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and scale our IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Access Management, and Security Operations capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with operational ownership and enjoys working across IT, Security, Compliance, and Business teams.

You will play a critical role in managing enterprise IT systems, endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability management, and audit readiness while ensuring a seamless employee technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management

• Own device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across Windows and macOS environments.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, including endpoint hardening, compliance policies, and LAPS implementation.
• Manage CrowdStrike Falcon EDR configurations and ensure effective endpoint security controls.
• Troubleshoot operating system-specific deployment and security agent issues.

Network & Access Security

• Administer Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF environments.
• Configure and manage secure access policies, application access controls, and network security exceptions.
• Support identity, access management, and privileged access security initiatives.

Data Protection & Email Security

• Manage and maintain Forcepoint DLP policies, exception handling, and SSL inspection controls.
• Administer Sophos Email Security and support email security incident response activities.
• Ensure organizational data protection controls remain effective and compliant.

Vulnerability Management

• Own Qualys VMDR operations, vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive timely risk remediation and closure.

Vendor & Audit Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and licensing partners.
• Support employee background verification processes and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and compliance teams during SOC 2, SEBI, and security audits.
• Provide evidence collection, documentation, and technical walkthroughs as required.

IT Operations & Support

• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including system provisioning and access management.
• Act as the escalation point for internal IT support and operational issues.
• Collaborate closely with Security, Compliance, Engineering, People Operations, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, Security Operations, or Enterprise IT.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or other technology-driven organizations preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with several of the following:
• Microsoft Intune
• CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent EDR)
• Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF (or equivalent ZTNA/SASE platforms)
• CyberArk (or equivalent PAM solutions)
• Forcepoint DLP (or equivalent DLP solutions)
• Qualys VMDR (or equivalent Vulnerability Management tools)
• Wiz (or equivalent CNAPP platforms)
• Experience working with managed security service providers (SOC/MXDR partners).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience managing endpoint security, access management, and enterprise IT operations at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage auditors, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to client security reviews, vendor risk assessments, and TPRM processes.
• Prior experience supporting external audits and compliance assessments.
• Security certifications or IT infrastructure certifications are a plus.
