Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Security Operations professional to own and modernise enterprise security operations at scale in Hyderabad. The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure, endpoint security, or cybersecurity, with hands-on Intune, EDR, and CNAPP tools.

• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, Security Operations, or Endpoint Security.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience with CrowdStrike or similar EDR platforms.
• Exposure to Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF or comparable SASE/Zero Trust solutions.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, SEBI audits.
• Experience coordinating with MSSP/SOC/MXDR for security reviews and audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise CrowdStrike Falcon EDR for endpoint protection and incident response.
• Manage Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF policies; troubleshoot access/security issues.
• Administer Forcepoint DLP, SSL inspection exceptions, and Sophos Email Security configurations.
• Lead vulnerability management using Qualys VMDR and remediation tracking.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, identity and access management processes.
• Coordinate with MSSP/SOC/MXDR partners and triage security alerts.
• Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDPA, SEBI audits and client reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors for licensing, background verification, and audit requirements.
• Provide technical support and act as escalation point for internal IT issues.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM, Wiz CNAPP, and troubleshooting across Windows/macOS is preferred.

• Manage endpoint lifecycle, device provisioning, configuration, hardening, and LAPS using Microsoft Intune across Windows and macOS environments.

• Manage Cloudflare ZTNA, Gateway, and WAF policies, including troubleshooting complex access and network security issues.

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security Operations, Endpoint Security, or Cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management
• Experience with CrowdStrike or similar EDR platforms
• Exposure to Cloudflare ZTNA/WAF or comparable SASE/Zero Trust solutions
• Working knowledge of CyberArk or equivalent Privileged Access Management tools
• Expertise in Forcepoint or similar Data Loss Prevention platforms
• Experience with Qualys VMDR or equivalent vulnerability management solutions
• Understanding of cloud security platforms such as Wiz or comparable CNAPP tools
• Experience working with MSSPs, SOCs, or MXDR providers
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and data privacy regulations
• Experience supporting client security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
• Strong troubleshooting expertise across Windows and macOS environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
