The IT Manager (AWS Cloud Server) plays a critical role in overseeing the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on AWS Cloud Services. This position is vital for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our hardware, software, and networks. The IT Manager will be responsible for user support, regular backups, system maintenance, and compliance management, ensuring that our IT operations align with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Network and Server Management:** Administer AWS cloud servers, focusing on efficient provisioning, scaling, and management. Ensure the availability of LAN, WAN, and Internet systems to support business operations.
• **Security and Compliance:** Maintain security policies and conduct regular audits to secure data and network access. Lead efforts in GDPR compliance, ISO certification, and SOC2 Type 2 evaluations, responding to security questionnaires and managing compliance documentation during audits.
• **User Support and Backup:** Provide end-user support, resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted access to services. Implement regular backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability, guiding users on best practices for secure and efficient system use.
• **System Maintenance and Updates:** Perform routine system maintenance, including monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Regularly update systems and applications with the latest patches to ensure security and functionality.
• **Vendor and Software Evaluations:** Evaluate and select vendors for software solutions that enhance operational excellence, ensuring software implementations comply with technical, security, and compliance standards.
• **Automation and Efficiency:** Leverage automation to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Stay updated on new technologies to enhance the operational capabilities of our SaaS products.
