FamApp is seeking an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure. You will drive reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization, building robust, audit-ready systems and reducing manual toil through automation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to secure IT for 500+ users and support scale, while leading a team of IT professionals and coordinating vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
- 3+ years in leadership
- Experience managing IT for 500+ users
- Strong hands-on in firewalls, NAT, VPNs
- Experience with MDM/endpoint management
- Knowledge of IT security basics and incident response
- Scripting/automation proficiency
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end network infrastructure and security posture
- Drive reliability through redundancy, monitoring, and automation

We’re looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure. This role goes beyond maintenance - you will drive reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for building robust, audit-ready systems, reducing manual toil through automation, and ensuring seamless IT experience at scale.
- Own end-to-end network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless
- Ensure high uptime via redundancy planning, VPN management, and ISP SLAs
- Monitor performance, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issues
- Drive secure network architecture (segmentation, access control, Zero Trust principles
- Manage enterprise firewall configurations (policy, NAT, VPNs)
- Own ISO 27001 readiness: controls, audits, SOPs, and access reviews
- Lead IAM lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC
- Oversee endpoint security: EDR, DLP, monitoring tools
- Respond to incidents, conduct log reviews, and strengthen security posture
- Manage Mac, Windows, and Linux environments at scale
- Own MDM systems (enforcement, compliance, lifecycle—not just enrollment)
- Drive patch management, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, security settings)
- Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement → provisioning → offboarding
- Own ITSM systems (SLA creation, not just execution)
- Build and improve SOPs, runbooks, and documentation
- Reduce manual work via scripting and automation
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and system visibility
- Lead and grow a team of IT professionals (5+ members)
- Partner with vendors for procurement, renewals, and support
- Collaborate cross-functionally on security, compliance, and IT needs
- 8–12 years in IT infrastructure & operations, with3+ years in leadership
- Experience managing IT for500+ users Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN)
- Layer 3 networking (routing, VLANs, ACLs)
- Network fundamentals (routing, NAT, VPNs, troubleshooting)
- Experience with MDM / endpoint management systems
- Strong understanding ofnetwork + security fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Patch management, backups, monitoring toolsGoogle Workspace administration
- EDR, DLP, and security monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in shell scripting / automation
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or equivalent
- Experience with Zero Trust / SASE architectures
- Exposure tocloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on with tools like JumpCloud or similar IAM/MDM platforms
- Experience in fintech/BFSI or regulated environments
- Built IT systems forscale + compliance (not just support)
- Network and endpoint systems arehighly reliable and secure
- IT operations arepredictable, automated, and audit-ready
- Security posture isproactive, not reactive
