A. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Operations: Support the Information Officer in managing the organisations end-to-end technology infrastructureincluding hardware, software systems, and cybersecurity protocolsensuring seamless functioning of tech systems for day-to-day operations, along with procurement, asset management, and data backup and security protocols.
- Digital Advisory to Departments: Provide expert input to line departments on identifying, conceptualising, and designing tech-enabled interventions under externally aided projects (EAPs).
- Technology Scoping and Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate proposals, DPRs, implementation frameworks and digital strategy documents for technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with programme goals; advise departments on drafting robust functional and technical specifications for procurement.
- Best Practices and Standards: Ensure alignment with data protection, cybersecurity, and digital standards both within ARJUN and for government projects.
- Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement: Serve as the interface between departments, technology partners, lending partners, and other digital public goods platforms.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Support: Support in defining digital KPIs and frameworks for evaluating tech deployments; advise on use of real-time dashboards, MIS, and feedback loops, and support establishment of the Air Quality Management Decision Support System.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills, particularly in reviewing technical proposals, designing data systems, and supporting the organisations technical operations.
C. Qualification Criteria: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA from a recognised University or Professional Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 4 years experience in the IT sector, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with State Government Departments/Boards/Corporations.
