Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent in IT/CS).
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience in leading teams for ML/NLP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of API design, microservices, and containerization.

Job description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to architect, oversee, and deliver AI/ML solutions for a large-scale government platform focused on environmental clearances and compliance. The role requires hands‑on technical leadership, end‑to‑end solution design, and team management across all AI/ML workstreams.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, including RAG-based chatbots, agentic AI modules, and data pipelines.
2. Architect scalable, secure, cloud-based systems using modern ML frameworks, APIs, and platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
3. Implement and integrate NLP, document intelligence, geospatial analysis, and RAG pipelines, including LLMs and vector databases.
4. Build data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and NLP-based classification and risk summarization workflows.
5. Establish MLOps practices covering CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning, and automated testing.
6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, review code, mentor engineers, and manage technical delivery risks.
7. Ensure compliance with government IT standards, data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
8. Prepare technical documentation and represent the technical team in stakeholder and government meetings.
9. Follow Agile practices to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
10. Experience in environmental, regulatory, or e‑governance AI systems.
11. Knowledge of GIS, remote sensing, and KML/geospatial data formats.
12. Exposure to agentic AI and decision‑support systems.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in IT/CS) with good academic record from a recognized and reputed university/institution.
2. Experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML solution delivery.
3. Proven experience leading teams in building and deploying production‑grade ML/NLP systems.
4. Strong proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases).
5. Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS), and LLM integration.
6. Hands‑on knowledge of API design (REST), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
7. Familiarity with geospatial data processing and document/OCR pipelines.
8. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
9. Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
10. Experience with government, public sector, or regulatory technology projects.
11. Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance processes.
12. Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management.
13. Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development.
