Job summary

Lider Consultancy Services seeks an experienced IT role focusing on Azure implementation support and network enhancements. You will own user issues and drive resolutions across Azure, Intune, and M365 environments.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned incident and change management, strong communication, and no rotation shifts; candidates should have 8+ years in IT and relevant Azure certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total IT experience with 4+ years relevant cloud/M365 experience.
• Expertise in Azure, Intune, Zscaler, and M365 products; certification AZ-305/AZ-304.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305/AZ-304) required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of user issues and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues and document best practices and direct resolution.
• Excellent communication; train others and quickly learn new technical domains.
• No rotation shifts.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; coordinate with network vendor and monitor networks.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change Management.
• Other general responsibilities as management instructs.

Role & responsibilities

Support in terms of design of Azure implementation and perform the necessary enhancements.

• Take ownership of User issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues and document through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
• No rotation shifts.
• The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile.
• Deep understanding of TCPIP and other network protocols. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other networking services.
• In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.
• Other general responsibilities as management instructs.
