Job description

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure IAAS/PaaS products such as Azure SQL, VMs, App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Redis Cache and other Serverless technologies.
• Strong hands‑on on services like Application Gateways/Load Balancer/Firewall/Vnet-Subnets/Routing.
• Experience and understanding of large‑scale application including migration of on‑premises workloads to the cloud.
• Knowledge and experience on PowerShell, JSON, XML or similar scripting language.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Continuous integration and deployment, Release Management.
• Good working knowledge of Azure Active AD, Windows /Linux operating systems customization, fault finding and debugging.
• Experience with IaaC – Terraform, ARM and Bicep.

Job Description

• Provide expertise regarding Cloud Architecture for both infrastructure and applications in Azure.
• Defines technical direction and roadmap for Cloud migrations and managing the implementation and technical solutions.
• Applying Modern Cloud Architectural patterns such as Serverless and Container orchestration services whenever required.
• Assist internal/external customers with re-architecting and migrating their applications for a container and micro‑services platform.
• Documentation of solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup).
• Support in orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure technologies and DevOps technologies (e.g. App Service, containers, serverless, cloud native, etc.) as appropriate.
• Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self‑sufficiency.
• Understanding and knowledge of Azure VDI will be a plus point.
• Most importantly we are looking for someone who has deep knowledge on infrastructure troubleshooting and monitoring. Someone who can read logs and get to the root cause of the issue.
