Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise systems to enable growth, efficiency, and digital resilience.
• Strengthen core IT capabilities with strong governance, cybersecurity, and seamless cross-functional integration.
• Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems.
• Ensure high system availability, uptime, and performance across locations.
• Lead IT service management (ITSM) and support functions.
• Manage and optimize ERP, CRM, HRMS, and supply chain platforms.
• Ensure seamless cross-system integration to improve efficiency.
• Drive system upgrades, implementations, and vendor transitions.
• Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity framework.
• Ensure data protection, privacy, and business continuity planning.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, system integrators, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery as per SLAs.
• Bridge between business and technology teams.
• Own and manage the IT budget.
• Optimize IT costs while ensuring service quality and scalability.
• Evaluate and prioritize technology investments.
