Position: IT Head

Location: India

CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced IT Head to lead and manage the organization’s overall IT strategy, infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT infrastructure management including networks, servers, cybersecurity, ERP, and enterprise applications.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, automation, and smart factory technologies.
• Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and ensure seamless integration across functions.
• Oversee IT governance, data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Partner with plant operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to improve systems and processes.
• Lead vendor management, IT budgeting, and technology investments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Ensure uptime, business continuity, and efficient IT support across locations.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, Industry 4.0, and digital initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide IT operations and strategic projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Compensation:

Up to ₹50 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and fit).
