Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an experienced IT & Information Security leader to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud security, compliance, IT asset management, and service desk operations across multiple locations. You will lead teams, drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, and ensure a secure, audit-ready IT environment.

Hands-on risk management, strong knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) are essential, with 8–12 years in IT Infra &

Qualifications

IT & Information Security is responsible for leading the company's entire IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud security, compliance, IT asset management, and IT service desk operations. The role focuses on ensuring a secure, reliable, and audit-ready IT environment while managing IT teams, infrastructure, and governance across all business locations.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Information Security.
• Minimum 3+ years in an IT/InfoSec leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, IT asset management, and IT service management.
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-location organizations is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, AWS/Azure Security, CCSP, ITIL.
