Job summary

The Kopargaon Peoples Co-op.bank Ltd. invites an experienced IT leader to head the Banks Information Technology Department and oversee IT infrastructure, CBS operations and banking digital services.

You will ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection and disaster recovery, monitor regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines, manage IT vendors, and coordinate with branches, auditors and regulators. A background in banking IT with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications in IT, cybersecurity, networking or information security will be preferred.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Sound knowledge of CBS, banking payment systems, cybersecurity, database management, networking and IT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Banks Information Technology Department and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Core Banking Solution (CBS), NEFT/RTGS, UPI, IMPS, mobile banking, internet banking, ATM and other digital banking services, as applicable.
• Monitor cybersecurity, information security, data protection, system availability and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Ensure timely implementation of applicable RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements relating to IT, cybersecurity and digital banking.
• Manage IT vendors, software service providers, system upgrades, backups and technical support.
• Oversee CBS operations, payment systems, system integration, IT audits and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with branches, auditors, service providers and regulatory authorities on IT-related matters.
