Talent Career Consultants seeks an experienced IT security professional with RBI audit exposure to strengthen governance and regulatory compliance across banking IT, information security, and IT audit domains.

You will translate regulatory requirements into concrete evidence, coordinate with Head Office and local teams, and drive remediation in RBI audit processes, contributing to robust security controls, incident response, and infrastructure reliability.

Formación

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in banking IT, information security, or IT audit.
• Hands-on RBI IT/cybersecurity audits experience, including remediation and closure of findings.
• Strong understanding of security controls, vulnerability management, monitoring and incident response.
• Good understanding of CBS, digital banking, payment systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into specific evidence and actions, supporting the CISO in coordination with Head Office and local teams.

Banking IT Experience:

• - 0810 years of relevant experience in banking IT, information security, or IT audit.

RBI Audit Experience:

• - Hands-on experience with multiple RBI IT/cybersecurity audits, including remediation and closure of findings.

Cyber security Knowledge:

• - Strong understanding of security controls, vulnerability management, monitoring and incident response.

IT Systems Knowledge:

• - Good understanding of CBS, digital banking, payment systems, and IT infrastructure.

IT Compliance & Coordination:

• - Ability to translate regulatory requirements into specific evidence and actions, supporting the CISO in coordination with Head Office and local teams.
