Job summary

Accor, ibis Nashik is seeking an experienced IT Executive to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation. You will oversee the entire IT function, align initiatives with business goals, and guide teams toward innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT leadership, strong business acumen, and hands‑on experience with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related IT/CS field.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive IT management or leadership experience.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing IT teams and leading organizational change.
• Experience in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT budget allocation, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
• Implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, risk management, and data security.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Manage IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Champion change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor cybersecurity posture and implement proactive measures to protect organizational assets and data.
