Job summary

STAR Hospitals-Nanakramguda is seeking an IT Executive/Sr. Executive to monitor servers, network and security across the unit. The role leads the IT unit, coordinates requirements from multiple business departments and manages assets, licenses and Microsoft 365 accounts.

You will administer Windows Server 2022, configure network devices, support CCTV systems, handle ticketing, and ensure smooth IT operations for desktops, WAN/LAN, and intercom systems.

Qualifications

• Daily monitoring of servers and network, firewalls, end point security.
• Heading the unit IT and team leading.
• Executing IT requirements from various business departments.
• Administering Windows Server 2022 (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, printer pooling, Hyper-V, server backup).
• Configuring wireless routers and switches.
• Providing technical support for desktops, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
• Configuring LAN ports.
• Wi-Fi Access management.
• IT Support for CCTV Cameras.
• IT tickets tracking and monitoring using ticketing tool.
• Responsible for the Unit IT assets including hardware and licenses.
• Creating Microsoft 365 mail accounts.
• Configuring intercom phones (IP phones and Analog phones).
• Resolving critical software and hardware issues.
• Administering computer-based tests.
