Responsibilities include creating wireframes and requirement documents (RFP, FRD, BRD), translating complex needs into actionable plans, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholders' expectations.

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst at Define Labs, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and supporting strategic initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing data, documenting requirements and collaborating with teams across the organization to design effective solutions. You will contribute to improving processes, enabling informed decision-making and driving the company's overall growth and efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:

• Exposure to creating wireframes and preparing requirement documents like RFP, FRD, and BRD
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to help identify suitable technical solutions.
• Support in reviewing existing business processes to identify areas of improvements.
• Document functional and technical designs of business systems.
• Collaborate with developers and managers to enhance operational efficiency.
• Test systems to ensure requirements are being met and generate necessary documentation.
• Exhibit eagerness to learn, participate in technical discussions and adapt to new technologies

Preferred candidate profile:

• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC process, database concepts and agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Jira, Asana and Trello.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
