Job summary

Toll Group in Pune, India seeks a seasoned Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS specialist to lead development and implementation projects. You will collaborate with customers to translate requirements into effective designs, configure WMS workflows, and build reports and dashboards that meet analytics needs.

You will train operators and end-users on new features, maintain data quality and governance, and provide ongoing support for BY Dispatcher WMS and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS on development and implementation projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Experience configuring warehouse/site environments from scratch.
• Experience developing reports, labels, dashboards and KPI metrics from BY WMS data.
• Strong knowledge of BY Dispatcher WMS architecture and infrastructure setup.
• Provide training to operators and end-users on new features and reporting.
• Data cleansing, governance and ETL knowledge.

• Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS on development and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, pain points, and desired outcomes for the requested changes and enhancements.
• Analyze the existing Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS configuration and data to identify opportunities for improvements and new capabilities.
• Document the detailed requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into well-defined solution designs and recommend quality outcomes that meet business expectations.
• Leverage the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS platform’s configurability and customization capabilities to implement the requested changes and enhancements.
• Develop custom reports, labels, dashboards, and KPI metrics based on the Blue Yonder WMS data to meet the customer’s reporting and analytics requirements.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of BY Dispatcher WMS architecture, including the required infrastructure setup.
• Ability to configure warehouse/site environments from scratch and implement required warehouse process flows based on business and operational requirements.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize data management practices, including data cleansing, normalization, and governance, to maintain data integrity and reliability.
• To train our operators on Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS Superuser tasks
• Provide comprehensive training to the customer’s end-users on the new features, functionalities, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to ensure the customer’s team can effectively utilize the enhanced Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.
• Monitor the performance and adoption of the implemented changes and enhancements and gather feedback from the customer.
• Identify and prioritize additional improvement opportunities based on the customer’s evolving needs and industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS and its integrations.
