• Provide backed operational support for IT systems and internal processes.
• Maintain and update system data with a high level of accuracy and integrity
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
• Track, monitor, and report system or process discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures, and updates
