Job summary

Solventum is seeking an IT Auditor to join a growing internal audit team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on IT SOX compliance, control testing, and documenting evidence to support risk management.

You will work in a hybrid setup with opportunities to grow in a global controls practice. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of IT SOX or internal audit experience, with Big 4 background or strong internal controls knowledge; SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of IT SOX or internal audit experience.
• Big 4 or internal controls background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT SOX, IT Application Control, and internal audit testing under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document walkthroughs, risks, and control activities with clear evidence.
• Execute control testing procedures, gather evidence, and maintain quality workpapers.
• Support the evaluation of control deficiencies and remediation tracking.
• Ensure testing and documentation are completed accurately and within timelines.

• Performing IT SOX, IT Application Control, and internal audit testing under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participating in walkthroughs and documenting key process steps, risks, and control activities.
• Executing control testing procedures, gathering and validating evidence, and maintaining quality workpapers.
• Supporting the evaluation of control deficiencies and assisting with remediation tracking.
• Ensuring testing and documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of IT SOX or internal audit experience
• Big 4 or internal controls background preferred

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• CPA, CA, CISA, or similar certification strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of COSO, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), internal control principles and internal control best practices
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or complex data environments preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a global, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
