Job summary

Grant Thornton in Indore, India is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to support design and testing of internal control frameworks. Fresher graduates or exam candidates in CISA/CRISC/DISA are preferred, with BE/MBA or MCA/MCM backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate effectiveness testing of controls across processes.
• Work on multiple engagements with different AMs and Managers.
• Evaluate controls such as segregation of duties, access controls and ERP-based controls.
• Identify issues and develop recommendations with compensating controls and additional procedures.

Associate/ Senior Associate:-

Fresher Graduate Preparation/ appeared for exams such as CISA, CRISC, DISA passed preferred.

o OR

B.E. with MBA Finance/ Systems, MCA, MCM. Preparations for exams such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP passed preferred.

Role involves

o Design and operating effectiveness testing of Business Processes controls, application controls, IT General Controls, Report testing, documentation and review ensuring quality, budget and timelines.

o Independently working on multiple engagements with multiple AM’s, Managers.

o Evaluating controls such as segregation of duties, access controls, ERP based controls, audit trail as per MCA requirement.

o Identifying issues, assessing their financial statement of assertion level impacts, developing recommendations, identifying compensating controls and performing additional procedures.

Other skills –

o Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.

o Self-starters without need for continuous monitoring and follow-ups.

o Good written and verbal communication skills
