Job summary

V2 Solutions in Chennai, India seeks an IT Asset Management Analyst to join our team. You will own asset lifecycle processes, manage ITAM/ITSM activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with asset inventories, CMDB (CI) management, and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in asset lifecycle management (SAM & HAM).
• Experience in audit support, reporting, and stakeholder communication for assets.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ITSM domains.
• CMDB knowledge with Configuration Item (CI) management (Assets, Servers).
• Experience working with enterprise ITSM/ITAM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage asset lifecycle processes across hardware and software assets.
• Maintain accurate CMDB CI records and assist in audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams for asset provisioning and renewals.
• Produce asset reports and metrics for stakeholders and management.
