Job summary

Apollo Hospitals Sarjapur Unit is looking for an in-patient billing professional to manage end-to-end billing from admission to discharge.

You will prepare and verify patient bills, coordinate with insurance teams, and ensure all billing documents are accurate and compliant with hospital policies. The role involves handling various payment modes and resolving patient billing queries.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete in-patient billing processes from admission to discharge
• Prepare and verify patient bills accurately
• Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for claim processing
• Ensure all billing documents are complete and properly maintained
• Process cash, card, and online payment transactions
• Resolve billing-related queries from patients and attendants
• Verify patient records, treatment details, and billing entries
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for billing clarification
• Generate billing reports and maintain MIS records
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures
