Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication or Computer Science Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in intellectual property function.
• Hands-on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting.

You will support the IP team in developing and implementing IP strategies to safeguard company’s innovations. Your expertise in patent law will be essential in managing the IP portfolio and providing guidance to business units on IP matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to office actions and communicate effectively with patent examiners
• Collaborate closely with inventors and technical teams to understand inventions and draft accurate responses
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art to determine patentability and freedom to operate
• Manage and maintain the patent portfolio, including tracking deadlines and renewals
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on patent-related matters

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication or Computer Science Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in intellectual property function.
• Hands‑on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting

• Patent prosecution skills such as drafting responses for US and non‑US office actions is a must.
• Application drafting experience will be a plus.
