Job summary

Sterlite Technologies (STL) is seeking an Intellectual Property Lead to refine and apply IP skills in a fast-paced, cutting-edge technology environment. You will handle prosecution, management, and drafting while contributing to impactful IP projects in close collaboration with the team.

Key responsibilities include patent and trademark prosecution across India, the US and Europe; managing filing processes and portfolio deadlines; and supporting prior art searches, FTO, and infringement

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IP experience in a technical domain.
• Background in technical science, physics, or mathematics.
• Experience with IP prosecution, portfolio management and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe.
• Manage patent and trademark filing process with portfolio deadlines.
• Support prior art searches including FTO, EoU, infringement searches and invalidity assessments.

Intellectual Property Lead

We are seeking a passionate intellectual property professional eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, and cutting-edge technology environment. In this role, you will have the chance to refine and apply your IP skills, including prosecution, management, and drafting, while contributing to impactful IP projects in close collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe, preparing necessary documents and responding to official communications
• Manage the patent and trademark filing process, including accurate submissions and maintaining oversight of the patent portfolio compliance and deadlines
• Support prior art search projects including FTO, EoU, Infringement searches, Claim charts and Invalidity assessments

Skills

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas, with knowledge or familiarity with the remaining two:
  • Patent prosecution, portfolio management, and patent filing
  • Patent drafting
  • Prior art search and assessment
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Results-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability in task execution
• Flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving
