Job summary

JobCubby is seeking an accomplished iOS engineering leader to guide day-to-day development, set technical direction, and mentor a team of iOS professionals. The role emphasizes architecture ownership, scalable design, and collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.

You will drive best practices, lead code and design reviews, and ensure robust, secure, and high-performance iOS applications across Apple devices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development with at least 5+ years iOS experience.
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and iOS architectures.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale iOS apps.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, networking, multithreading, memory management, and mobile security.
• Hands‑on CI/CD, automated testing, App Store deployment, and release management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day iOS development activities and mentor developers.

Required Qualifications
