Overview

Investment Banking Operations

Responsibilities

• Reviewing new customer accounts and verifying their identities
• Assessing risks and compliance issues associated with customers or products
• Studying market trends and evaluating customer behavior
• Assisting efforts aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit financial activities
• Compiling accurate and up-to-date data on customers for compliance reasons
• Leveraging insights from customer behavioral research to improve customer experience
• Liaising with management to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Preparing suspicious activity reports (SARs)
• Reporting accounts with high risk or missing documentation to relevant officers
• Performing complex data analysis to aid decision making
• Assisting in creating various types of financial models for mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions
• Valuation analysis: comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF
• Assisting in preparation of materials, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitch books
• Assist in due diligence, research, analysis, and other transactions related support
• Working knowledge and inclined to work on Back office work
• Experience on MS Office and brokerage applications
• Strong inclination to enhance Domain and Product knowledge
• Strong analytical ability with good presentation and communication skills
• Highly proactive, aggressive self motivated individual
