Job summary

Systematix Group is seeking an Investment Banking Coverage professional with a focus on Pharma, Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer, Industrials and Chemicals sectors in Mumbai. The role requires CA/MBA and at least 2 years of relevant IB coverage experience.

You will develop relationships with corporate clients, evaluate opportunities, and support origination and execution across M&A, ECM, and DCM mandates while collaborating with IB Execution and Research teams.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Banking Coverage.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Investment Banking Coverage team. The role will focus on sector coverage and client engagement across Pharma, Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer, Industrials, and Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across assigned sectors.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment banking opportunities.
• Support origination and execution of transactions across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and other strategic advisory mandates.
• Conduct industry, company, and sector-level analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare client pitches, information memorandums, presentations, and financial analysis.
• Work closely with internal teams including Investment Banking Execution, Research, and other stakeholders to develop transaction ideas.
• Track sector trends, corporate developments, fundraising activities, M&A activity, and market dynamics.
• Participate in client meetings and assist senior team members in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Support preparation of transaction proposals and strategic recommendations for clients.
