The role requires analysing MCA filings, financials, and public data to assess strategic fit, coordinating diligence, and engaging with founders to understand growth plans and deal expectations. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

• Conduct initial discussions with founders/promoters to understand vision and deal expectations.
• Identify product, distribution, and go-to-market synergies and post-acquisition value creation opportunities.
• Identify and shortlist acquisition targets aligned with the companys strategic focus areas.
• Support financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and coordinate due diligence across teams.
