Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced Inventory Administrator/Manager to oversee stock control in a food service environment in Varanasi, India. You will implement FIFO, verify deliveries, maintain audit-ready records, and generate reports to support cost control and menu planning.

The role requires ensuring food safety compliance, updating inventory regularly, and calculating production capacity to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement FIFO and proper storage practices to reduce spoilage and food waste.
• Check deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain records for audits, including invoices, inventory logs, and waste reports.
• Generate inventory and usage reports to support cost control and menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations regarding storage and handling.
• An administrator and inventory manager who can manage stocks and inventory on a regular basis and calculate production capacity.
