Job summary

U.P.PRO is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory-control operations in a complex manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires ownership, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

You will manage end-to-end inventory-control activities, ensure ERP records align with physical inventory, and drive improvements through process optimization and automation. On-site work is expected daily in Visakhapatnam, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation, physical counts, discrepancy investigation, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory-control activities.

• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and scrap processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation, physical counts, discrepancy investigation, and inventory controls.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems. SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution without direct authority.
• Proactive, assertive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on-site on a daily basis.
