Job summary

DECIEM, a reputed beauty company, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for our Eastside production facility. The role runs from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM and focuses on receiving products, maintaining the Finished Product area, and accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates will have ERP/SCM software experience, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent time management and communication abilities. This is a hands-on role within a fast-growing team with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive DECIEM products from Production and maintain the Finished Product area for accuracy.
• Check shipments leaving the warehouse and document shipments with photos.
• Track inventory movements and report using the correct processes (build/adjustment/PR Sample/REQ).
• Record finished product counts, prepare transfers, and receive inventory from multiple locations.
• Analyze inventory levels, monitor counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and investigate trends in data.
• Ensure inventory status (hold/reject/dispose) is accurately maintained.
• Verify physical quantity and enter data into reporting processes and transfers.

We are looking for a Inventory Control Associate with experience in SCM, warehouse or distribution for our production facility. reputed company is based at our Eastside location in Etobicoke. This is a reputed company Shift. The hours of work will be 11:30PM to 7:30AM.

WHAT YOUD BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Responsible for receiving reputed company products from Production and maintaining the Finished Product area to ensure accuracy
• Accountable for checking reputed company the shipments that leave the warehouse as reputed company as taking photos of our shipments
• Responsible for ensuring that the inventory information is reputed company and reputed company, by tracking where finished goods are shipping to as reputed company as where we are receiving it from, so that it is reported using the correct process (build/adjustment/PR Sample/REQ)
• Responsible for recording finished product, count stock reputed company, prepare transfers, receive inventory from various locations and ensure quantities are accurate
• Analyse, monitor, and reputed company inventory reputed company based on counts and reputed company as needed
• Support with cycle counts for allocation purposes and identify trends or discrepancies in data
• Analyse and compare inventory reputed company, investigate, record, and reputed company discrepancies
• Ensures that overall inventory is reputed company maintained based on the status of the product (hold/reject/dispose)
• Verifying physical quantity/reputed company of product, creating labels for reputed company Control team to reputed company pallets, enter necessary information into the appropriate reporting process and reputed company transfers/builds for items received
• Ensure standards for reputed company and health and safety are met.

• Relevant work experience with ERP, SCM software is an asset
