Job summary

RTX is seeking an Analyst-Support Inventory and Planning in Bangalore to join the Pratt & Whitney Canada aftermarket team. You will work with the Inventory and Planning Team to manage warehousing and distribution of spare parts, drive data-driven decisions, and support day-to-day planning activities.

The role requires a degree in a related field or 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create Return Authorization in the RMA report.
• Update and maintain SAP MRP values.
• Generate and review daily open P-req reporting.
• Generate purchase orders to support PWCS demand and customer orders.
• Track open orders, E-Stock, and removal actions.
• Monitor PO releases and generate key reports/data sets.

What Our Expectations are

This role is to support Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Aftermarket. P&W supports over 13 000 operators in the world with more than 40 000 active spare parts. The Inventory & Planning team at Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions manages the warehousing and distribution of both new and repaired spare parts. We are looking for someone to support our inventory and planning activities.

Function Description

You will work directly with the Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Inventory and Planning Team to meet the group’s objectives. This will require a strong ability to understand the requirements, **escalate** when appropriate, and execute promptly. Ownership until resolution is a key requirement.

What You Will Do

• Create Return Authorization in RMA Report
• Update and Maintain Material Resource Planning (MRP) values in SAP
• Daily open P-req reporting
• Generation of purchase orders to support PWCS demand and customer orders
• Open order fullfillment - E-Stock tracking and removal
• Monitor and action PO release report
• Generate key reports/data sets to support day to day activities
• Extract and analyze data as required using different tools (SAP, PowerBI)
• Improve processes

Qualifications You Must Have
