Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Intune Consultant for our Microsoft Practice in Bengaluru, India. You will join Infosys consulting teams on digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Intune-based device management and Office 365 environments.

We expect 1–3 years of work experience and relevant MCA/MTech/BTech or BE/BCA/BSc degrees. The role involves problem definition, design, deployment, and collaboration with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and computing background as listed.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and device management.
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and Citrix XenServer.

Responsibilities

• Actively aid consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives and build POCs based on literature, public data and vendor info.
• Create requirement specifications, define to-be processes and detailed designs.
• Support configuring solution requirements and diagnose root causes of issues.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
• You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
