HCLTech is seeking an expert in Microsoft Intune to guide, implement, and support Intune solutions across client environments. You will work with IT teams to enhance MDM and endpoint security, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Intune-based services.

The role involves design, policy development for device compliance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to tailor configurations to business needs, plus delivering end-user and IT staff

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-101) desirable.

Provide expert guidance, implementation, and support for Microsoft Intune solutions across client environments.

• Work closely with IT teams to enhance mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security using Intune.
• Ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Intune-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Intune solutions for device and application management.

• Develop and implement policies for device compliance, security, and application access.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for Intune deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor Intune configurations to business needs.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users and IT staff.
• Monitor and optimize Intune performance and security.

Skill Requirements

1Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.

• Experience with mobile device management, Windows Autopilot, and application deployment.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), group policies, and security compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-101, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
