To successfully strategize, execute, and evaluate the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the digital campaign package, proving data-driven decision-making and cross-functional project management skills.Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleAssist in the development of digital marketing campaigns by conducting market research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.Support the creation of campaign briefs, content distribution strategies, marketing copy, social media content, landing page messaging, and promotional materials.Collaborate with Design and IT teams to ensure marketing content, user experiences, and campaign assets are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.Set up and monitor campaign tracking mechanisms, including analytics dashboards, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and performance reporting tools.Analyze campaign performance metrics such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, engagement rates, and return on investment (ROI), providing recommendations for optimization.Assist in preparing campaign reports, marketing playbooks, performance insights, and presentations for stakeholders and management reviews.Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, social media marketing, and customer engagement.Basic understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, campaign management, and marketing analytics.Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is an added advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling and audience-focused content.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
