Tech Mahindra is hiring for an Associate in Hyderabad to handle international voice processes. You will manage inbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver professional service with a focus on first-call resolution.

Freshers or experienced candidates with strong English communication are welcome. Night shfits aligned to UK timing, with cab facility and walk-in sessions from 08 Sep 2026 to 08 Oct 2026.

• Handle inbound calls for international customers

• Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
• Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
• Must not be pursuing regular education.

Salary Details:Freshers: 2.25 LPA to 4.5 LPA (In between)
