Axis Services in Hyderabad is hiring for International Voice Process Technical Support. This walk-in drive is open to freshers and experienced candidates with immediate joiners preferred. Work from office at Uppal, night shifts, 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs, and a cab facility within 23 km.

You will handle international calls, chat, and email; provide basic technical support; assist customers with troubleshooting; and update CRM records.

Role:

International Voice Process Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
• Provide basic technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Update customer information using CRM tools.

Eligibility:

• Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
• 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply.
• Educational documents (Memos) are mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant International BPO experience can apply.
• Age should be below 34 years
• Career Gap more than 3 years is not acceptable

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 fluency).
• Basic computer and technical knowledge.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in night rotational shifts.

Salary:

• Freshers – 19,000 per month
• 6–18 Months Experience – 22,000 or 32,000 per month
• Above 18 Months Experience – 27,000 or 37,000 per month
