Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment or similar industry.
• Proficiency in handling US voice process calls with a focus on AR calling and US healthcare processes.
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and regulations related to healthcare services.
• Excellent English language proficiency with ability to understand complex medical terminology.
