AM Infoweb in Pune, at Kalyani Nagar, is hiring a Case Processing Executive to mediate between insurance companies, law firms and hospitals. You will follow up on medical reports of discharged patients to secure documents within the client-specified time frame.

This is a voice process role requiring excellent English communication. Freshers can apply; graduation or final year students are eligible, and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Freshers can apply, graduation/awaiting final semester results/undergraduates.
• Night shifts are required.
• No prior BPO/KPO experience; freshers only.

Role & responsibilities Act as a mediator between insurance company's/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics medical facilities. Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.
