• Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for an app and web application
• Working on the mobile app draft
• Providing inputs on business growth
• Working on e-mails, replies and phone calls
• Researching and obtaining further information from the internet
• Managing the clerical office tasks
• Working on follow-up calls
• Working on data entry and preparing documents in MS Office
• Preparing analysis report in Python, Power BI and Tableau
