Job summary

Aneja Associates in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks an Internal Audit professional to execute manufacturing client audits, lead assignments, and prepare audit plans and reports.

You will understand business processes, identify risks, interact with senior management, and ensure timely delivery. Travel within India will be required; strong communication is essential.

SAP familiarity is preferred and prior audit experience in manufacturing is advantageous.

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing internal audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit engagements for manufacturing clients and prepare audit plans and reports.
• Conduct plant/factory audits across functions like procurement to pay, order to cash, hire to retire.
• Interact with senior management to discuss findings and mitigation.
• Identify risks and advise controls to mitigate them.

• Proven experience in leading assignments including direct interaction with senior management
• SAP user knowledge
