TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Internal Auditor (CA/CMA) with 3+ years in internal audit. The ideal candidate will conduct process audits across manufacturing plants, assess controls, identify risks, and deliver actionable audit reports.

Travel to plants will be required as needed. The role focuses on evaluating processes, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting cost control and process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA qualified.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience in process audits and manufacturing/plant audits.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants.

Responsabilités

• Conduct process audits across various functions and manufacturing plants.
• Audit plant manufacturing processes, operations, inventory, procurement, production and related activities.
• Identify process gaps, risks, control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Review and evaluate internal controls and adherence to policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks and recommendations.
• Follow up with teams on audit observations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with plant/functional teams to improve processes and strengthen controls.
• Support management in cost control, process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely completion of the internal audit plan and reporting to senior management.

Role: Plant Audit/ Manufacturing Audit: Internal Auditor

CA OR CMA 3 years + experience post qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional with strong exposure to process audits and manufacturing/plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal processes, identifying risks and control gaps, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits across various business functions and manufacturing plants.
• Perform audits of plant manufacturing processes, operations, inventory, procurement,production, and related activities.
• Identify process gaps, risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Review and evaluate internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Follow up with respective teams on audit observations and corrective actions.
• Work closely with plant and functional teams to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support management in identifying opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely completion of the internal audit plan and reporting to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CMA qualified.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong experience in process audits and manufacturing/plant audits.
• Experience in a manufacturing /industrial environment will be preferred.
• Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants as required.
