TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Internal Audit professional to manage risk-based audits across manufacturing operations and business functions.

6-12 years of CA background required, with strong exposure to plant audits and internal controls. The role focuses on risk assessment, control reviews, and audit reporting across procurement, production, inventory, fixed assets, and Capex, with SAP/ERP process reviews and governance support.

Formación

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit or Operational Audit.
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial or plant environments.
• Good understanding of P2P, Procurement, Inventory, Stores, Production, Fixed Assets and Capex audits.
• Experience in risk assessment, internal controls, SOP reviews and audit reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute risk-based Internal Audits and Process Audits across manufacturing and plant operations.
• Conduct audits of Procurement, Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, Stores and Material Management.
• Review Production processes, WIP/BOM, subcontracting, scrap management and operational expenses.
• Audit Fixed Assets, Capital Expenditure (Capex), contracts and related internal controls.
• Evaluate Internal Financial Controls (IFC), identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements and applicable control frameworks.
• Review SAP/ERP-based processes, transaction controls and audit trails.
• Prepare audit plans, risk-control matrices, audit reports and management presentations.
• Discuss observations with process owners and senior management and monitor corrective action plans.
• Support governance reviews and Audit Committee reporting, wherever applicable.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to manage risk-based internal audits and process reviews across manufacturing operations and business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing/plant audits, operational processes, internal controls and risk management.

Preferred Background

Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial products, chemicals, metals, consumer durables or similar sectors will be preferred.

Work Schedule: Six-day working week.
