Job summary

HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Delhi is seeking a Process Consultant to perform check-sheet-based reviews of the sales process at automotive dealerships, ensuring adherence to defined processes and streamlining end-to-end workflows.

You will work with the Sales team and other departments, create data databases in Excel, identify risks, collect evidence, assess deviations, and report findings while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Fresh MBAs / Graduates / CA Articles (>1 year).
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally (preferable).
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong team-player attitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, complete and document audit assignments independently or in a team.

Job description

Process Consultant Purpose of Position PCs (Process Consultants) are responsible for performing check-sheet-based reviews of the sales process at automotive dealerships. They play a critical role in ensuring adherence to defined processes and streamlining the end-to-end sales workflow of the dealership.

Nature of Work

This position works as part of a team, taking assignments from team leads and performing real-time reviews. All audit reviews are conducted in accordance with the policies agreed upon with the client. The Process Consultant will work closely with personnel primarily from the Sales department, and as needed, will collaborate with Insurance, RTO, After Sales, Accounts, HR, IT and other relevant departments.

Specific Accountabilities / Deliverables

Create and manage information databases using Excel spreadsheets / customized tools to generate insights and support data analytics. Understand the sales process in detail, including the control environment, to execute reviews effectively. Identify areas of risk and collect relevant evidence to support findings and deviations from the defined process. Assess risks using various control measures such as reconciliations, physical verifications, etc. Work within demanding deadlines as directed by superiors. Maintain professionalism while interviewing or observing clients for controls.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Fresh MBAs / Graduates / CA Articles (>1 year). Proficiency in Excel and Tally (preferable). Strong interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at multiple levels. Strong team-player attitude. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle difficult individuals or groups. Ability to plan, organize, complete and document audit assignments as per professional standards, independently or in a team. Strong time-management skills to work effectively under defined deadlines.

Note: This project follows a 6-day-a-week roster system. The weekly day off may not always fall on a Sunday. Location: Delhi
