Job summary

ADM & Co is seeking a senior internal audit professional to lead and execute audits across O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS processes for diverse clients. The role requires deep expertise in internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.

You will prepare rigorous working papers, discuss findings with clients, and monitor the implementation of recommendations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 23 years of internal audit experience in a CA firm.
• Deep knowledge of O2C, P2P, PPC, RCM, and HRMS cycles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit standards.
