Job summary

You will mentor juniors, coordinate with external auditors, and drive process improvements using analytics and audit methodologies. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of internal, SOX and external audit experience.
• Knowledge of COSO, ISACA, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, accounting standards, and audit best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior audit staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance data integrity and business process resilience.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Minimum of 4+ years of audit experience, including internal, SOX, and external audit exposure.
• Deep understanding of audit frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISACA) and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of identifying and mitigating financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing audit evidence and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a multi-location, team-driven environment.
