Datability in Noida is offering a full-time paid internship focused on editing and publishing YouTube Shorts. You will work from a content calendar and the existing style guide, delivering high-quality clips in the standard 5-6 second format.

You will need strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender, plus experience running a YouTube channel or creator-focused content. This in-person internship aims to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

About the role

• Edit and publish Shorts using our established, proven formats (5-6 second runtime, binary/visible-resolution premises, stacking and drop-test structures)
• Maintain our posting cadence and quality bar on known-working content
• Work from a content calendar and existing style guide, though we're always open to creative ideas you bring to the table

What we're looking for:

• Strong YouTube Shorts editing skills (pacing, hooks, sound design)
• You run or have run your own YouTube channel and understand the platform from the creator's side, not just as an editor
• Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working from a template/formula rather than starting from a blank page
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender
